Schedule Care

Schedule Care

Request essential nail and foot care for a resident at their long-term-care or assisted-living community.

How scheduling works

  • 1. Submit a request: A resident, family member, or facility team member submits the scheduling request.
  • 2. We review it: We review the requested service and scheduling information.
  • 3. We coordinate: Service dates are coordinated with the facility’s service schedule.
  • 4. We confirm: The resident or requestor receives scheduling confirmation before service.

Request Schedule Care

Please complete the form below. Requested dates and times are preferences only and are not guaranteed appointments. Scheduling is coordinated with the facility.

Scheduling Policy

Requested dates and times are preferences, not guaranteed appointments. If a resident cancels, cannot make an appointment, or is late, staff will cycle through the facility list and the resident is placed at the end of that day’s list to see if they can still be fit in.

If a resident is unavailable at the time of a visit, we will check with facility staff and make several attempts to locate the resident before leaving.

Service scope

Texas Senior Nail Care provides non-medical nail care services for personal grooming and comfort. We do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical or podiatric care. Residents with medical concerns involving the feet, nails, skin, circulation, infection, or other conditions should be referred to an appropriate healthcare professional.
