Safety & Sanitation
Safety & Sanitation
Care, cleanliness, and thoughtful sanitation practices are part of every service.
Our approach to sanitation
Senior nail care requires attention to cleanliness, sanitation, and the individual comfort of each resident. We use procedures designed to help provide a clean, respectful service environment at participating long-term-care and assisted-living communities.
- One-time-use items: Disposable items are used whenever possible and appropriate for the service.
- Hospital-grade autoclave: Metal instruments are sterilized using a hospital-grade autoclave process.
- Individually sealed tools: Sterilized metal instruments are kept in sealed, individual-use packages until needed for the client.
- Gloves: Gloves are used with appropriate infection-control practices during services.
Care designed for seniors
Our services are non-medical and focused on personal grooming, comfort, cleanliness, and dignity. We take time to provide attentive care in a comfortable environment and respect each resident’s individual needs and circumstances.
When a medical concern is identified
Texas Senior Nail Care Solutions does not diagnose or treat medical or podiatric conditions. If a resident has a concern involving the feet, nails, skin, circulation, infection, or another condition that requires medical attention, the resident should be referred to an appropriate healthcare professional.
Our commitment
We believe sanitation is an essential part of quality senior nail care. Our goal is to provide every resident with compassionate service in a clean, professional, and respectful setting.
