Our Services
Texas Senior Nail Care Solutions provides non-medical nail care services for personal grooming and comfort at participating long-term-care and assisted-living communities. Services are intended to support comfort, dignity, and personal care.
Service Scope
Our services are not medical or podiatric care. We do not diagnose, treat, or manage medical conditions. Concerns involving infection, circulation, skin conditions, wounds, significant pain, or other medical issues should be referred to an appropriate healthcare professional.
Appointments and Scheduling
Requested dates and times are preferences and are not guaranteed until scheduling is confirmed. Scheduling is coordinated with the participating facility. If a resident cancels, cannot make an appointment, or is late, staff will cycle through the facility list and the resident is placed at the end of that day’s list to see if they can still be fit in.
Resident and Family Responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and enrollment information.
- Complete required acknowledgments and authorizations before services are provided.
- Communicate changes that may affect scheduling or service.
- Notify us when a resident transfers to another facility.
Payment
Payment is generally handled by the resident, family member, or responsible party. Available payment methods and recurring payment arrangements are described in our Payment Policy.
Facility Coordination
Services are provided in coordination with participating facilities and their applicable policies. Facility partnership incentives or contributions are offered only when permitted by the facility and applicable policies, laws, and regulations.
Changes to Services or Policies
Service offerings, pricing, scheduling practices, and policies may be updated when necessary. The current information published on this website will be used as the applicable guidance.
