What Happens Next
Our facility visits do not have standard appointment times.
We work from a facility list, which ensures your loved one will be seen on the day of scheduled service.
If, for some reason, we are unable to locate a resident, we will coordinate with the care staff to locate them or move them to the bottom of that day’s list to make another attempt at the end of the service day.
Service Scope
Residents with concerns that fall outside of our scope of practice will be referred to a medical doctor.
